


Toyosi Kolawole is the founder of Audeo Clothing Co. Ltd, a garment manufacturing and retailing company that commenced operations in 2012. The company has established a network of local and global suppliers, enabling it to produce clothing for the African market at affordable prices while offering an alternative to rising overseas manufacturing costs. She is also a principal consultant at Audeo Consulting Services. Prior to starting Audeo Consulting, Ms. Kolawole was co-founder and principal consultant at Integrated Business Strategies, a management consulting firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. There, she worked with entrepreneurs and investors, providing new venture development and financial advisory services, while also working with established organisations on operations consulting and strategy development. Prior to Integrated Business Strategies, she was a management consultant in the Financial Institutions Group at A.T. Kearney, a multinational consulting firm, where her clients included major global financial institutions. Ms. Kolawole has also served as an Executive Director within the MRS Group, one of the largest downstream companies in Nigeria. At MRS, she managed the group's export trades from Nigeria. She also worked at Guaranty Trust Bank, one of Nigeria's foremost banks, and as an independent strategy consultant in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, serving small and medium-sized companies in the retail and food industries. Ms. Kolawole holds an MBA from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA; a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Manchester, UK; and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.
